Full Cream Milk Powder Substitutes: EUROLAT®
Blends that are able to substitute regular Full Cream Milk Powder.
The standard EUROLAT range of spray-dried products is especially developed for the ice cream and the chocolate industry. Although it can also be successfully used in other applications. The basic composition are milk products, vegetable fat and in one case partially butterfat. The product containing butterfat is higher in cost price, but gives a better melting profile of the fat phase. The use of EUROLAT as a complete or partial replacement of liquid fresh milk or Full Cream Milk Powder has been largely due to the price / quality balance compared to the Full Cream Milk Powder.
Skimmed Milk Powder Substitutes: NOVILAT®
Blends capable of substitute regular Skimmed Milk Powder
The use of the NOVILAT range as a complete or partial replacement of Skimmed Milk Powder in the ice cream, bakery, chocolate and confectionery industry has been largely due to the a positieve price / quality balance compared to the Skimmed Milk Powder. Replacement can be done up to 100% of the Skimmed Milk Powder. Our advice is to test the best ratio by the end-user in his specific formula. In some countries it can be interesting to pre-blend the NOVILAT product with other dry ingredients in order to minimize import taxes.
